俊霖锡铋合金是铋同锡、锑、铟等金属组成的合金，称之为锡铋合金。锡铋合金属于环保型合金.常温下,呈固态、银白色熔点为138℃,固液体积收缩率为0.051%。

俊霖—锡铋合金的独特之处
1、不起泡：合金生产的光面产品、大而厚的产品时不会起鼓起泡起皮。如下图:

2、光面好：合金生产出来的产品在后期执模中明显好执，且存活率高。如下图：

3、冷却速度快：比其他合金冷却快20-30%。
4、流动好: 电铸脱蕊通透。晶体结构致密，在原料方面确保铸件尺寸公差小，表面精美
5、韧性好: 适合做项链，镶石的产品。如下图:

6、渣料少：相同温度下比其他合金氧化物少，熔液通透亮丽。

锡铋合金：因其性能满足造型复杂、花纹细致、镂空雕刻、镶嵌宝石等首饰加工工艺要求,且导电率性强、流动性好便于脱体，多年来被广泛应用硬金铸造工艺。
适用于电铸3D/4D硬金，24K,18K硬金、首饰、K金饰品、摆件等工艺品。

1、熔化时，合金锭不得沾水，以免影响炮火伤人或损坏设备。
2、保管应堆放在干燥、通风、平坦的地方，避免潮湿、氧化。
